How to read CRMD_ORDERADM_I Table ( Created_AT Field)

Query :SRM : - I want to read data from CRMD_ORDERADM_I on the basis of date ( Created_AT ) but in table field is type DEC 15 and I have to take field as DATS ..

There is conversion exit on field TSTLC , but it is is working in table even if i put input as date but not in my program, how do i resolve this issue.
