CALMONTH IN BEX report

Hi experts,

i am workng on bw 3.5

i am loading data through flat file in a Cube.

i am taking two date fields one is creation date and one posting date.

when i am taking the creation date in the report for display its showing only date as 01.11.2011

is there any possible way i can get a Month column as to which month the particular creation date belong

for eg

if 01.11.2011 , 03.11.2011, 04.11.2011 are the creation dates

than the cal month is 11.2011

please help
