Slowliness in Authorization Alert

Hello Experts,

I got a lil wierd problem with Authorizations,

When an Alert Poped and I click on the alert to authorize the time that I have to wait its too long, but this is happening just to 1 user ... I dont know what to do please if someone know or have some idea please share ...

Hi,

You may check this user's inbox and outbox within B1. It could be too many old messages not be deleted but should.

I already delete the outbox and the inbox but the problem still exist ...

You may need restart SQL server (at least restart client) to see the change.

Dear cristianlf

Create new alert query.

Go to License admin-Than go that particular user and untick user license.

Delete that user and create new one.

Restart you system.

assign your alert query to that user and check.

may it help you.
