Hi All,
We are working on a scenario in which it would be of interest to link a picture to a specific cause(in a Notification).
After looking into the customization and SAP help we haven't found anythin regarding this but only the use of DIR which is linked to the header.
Does anyone know if it's possible to link a picture directly to a cause?
Thanks and Kind Regards
/Mikael
Hi
If you are using DMS , then its very much possible. but if you are not using DMS then there is SFO functionality is available in SAP. But SFO functionality for notification is available in changed mode not at the time of creation.

Hi Shail,
Thanks for your answer. We are thinking about using DMS but since we then link it to the notification header and not a specific cause we wonder if there is another solution.
It's perfectly fine to add the picture in change mode only, unfortunately I don't know about this SFO functionality. What does it stands for and can we use it to link directly to a cause?
Best Regards
Mikael

Hi you can use object services icon for attaching pic.,doc.,pdf etc on a notification.
it is on top of the header below the menu on left side corner.
if you dont see this icon then in config of notification you need to check the box.early allocation Number.
