When i'm creating sales order more than availability quantity, in item level schedule line tab it was showing next delivery date. next delivery date it was taking 4 days.My question is How it was calculating next delivery date? In Material master data in MRP2 tab In house production days I given 2 days.

Hi,

Please check Table T9DLT, if any lead time data is maintained in it.

Else you can check for the standard Backward & Forward Scheduling Logic to arrive at the Material Availability date.

Once you have MAD, you can add the Lead time & get the next Delivery date for the Schedule line.

Hi,

You can check in sales order-- schedule line data -- > shipping tab, calculate the time it takes for different activities. In added that in your material master data MM02, check MRP2 tab where you may find in house production time. Morever consider lear time in days in sales document.

Do the summation of all the timings and still it doesnt work, then check your factory calender. your next delivery date may fall into holiday so its pushed to the next day. Finally you can check your customer receiving hours too.

please change Tot. repl. lead days MRP3 tab IN Material Master that given days cal the next sch date generator and add govt leave also

lead time is 1 day only

Need to check plant and shipping point calender,in between your delivery period there might be any holidays like Saturday and

Sunday or any public holiday due to that reason it might be taking additional days to finalize the schedule's.

Check and revert

Hi

Go to your Sales order and schedule line and Click on schedule line date. Here you will get three tabs and Click on SHIPPING tab.

you will get all the date IT WILL GIVE AN IDEA.

Note: Please search before posting the issue. this question are answered many times.

I check there also,

In shipping i saw the load time, GI time, Tr. plan time all are showing 0 only.
