Hi...

I have started the PR release concept in our plant but if any user changed the PR after release then PR not automatically converted to status re release....?

then its hard to find that after PR release who had made the changes..

Please guide how to track and how to change the status as re-release if pr changed after release

Hi,

Use table CDHDR in t.code:SE16 or SE11 & enter transaction code as ME52N, enter the range date if required, enter the object value as PR number (which you want to view with 10 digit number, example if PR number:5000000000,enter 5000000000 and if PR number 50000056 enter 0050000056 ), EXECUTE, then you can find the changes details of a PR.

Hi,

The PR can be made to trace the "Release Procedure" again if anyone changes the PR after its Release. But this would not set the status to "Re-release".

To make the PR go through the release procedure from the beginning,

SPRO > IMG > Materials Management >Purchasing>Purchase Requisition>Release Procedure>Proc with Classification> Setup Proc with Classification>Release Indicator.

Set the 'Changeability' indicator of the release indicator (the one that is set after final release of the PR) to 4.

Hi, generally for PR you use release Indicator 2, In that case maintain the Changeability in Release indicator 2 as '4',

Check if it works, also suggest to use version management for tracking changes made in the PR.

you can activate version management in pr. then you can track the changes in pr or po.

Hi,

You can get the status as Re release with BADI interact with ABAPer.

You can look at the changes made to your PR by going to the Menu bar-Environment-Header changes.

To look at the changes made at item level select the item for which you want to look at the changes and go to Menu bar select item changes.
