Tool Life in sap

Dear Gurus,

In My scenarios,I have press machine and a press tool is mounted on it for performing the operation.I want to track the tool life .I have define tool as a PRT and assign it to tat operation.But i didint get any report which shows me tool life with operation qty.So please tell me the order or is there any other process to map this.

Hi mangalraj,

i created PRT according to the doc which u have send and its working.But still i have one problem.Suppose when i m doing my first conf of 10 kg than its give me the doc nos XX and measurement reading is 1 kg which is supposed to be 10 kg.Thus in my 2nd confirmation of 10 kg its give me the doc nos XX and measurement reading is 2 kg which is to be 20kg.I defined both the formula SAPF01 and 02 in my equip:PRT data but still its not working and give me the same result as stated above..Please give me the solution for the same.Waiting for ur reply.
