Partner Determination Procedure

Hi, Has anyone configured the Partner determination for incident management? I a not able to select the procedure and modify it? Thanks in advance

Thank you very much for your help. I think that works, Just have one more question: How is the procedure function tie with the procedure user.? What is the procedure users? Is it have relationship with Business partner? Thanks!

Hi,

Please try this:

Goto transaction SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Partner Processing -> Partner determination Procedure -> Define Partner Determination Prodecure

Locate the Procedure you want to modify and select that row.

Now use the options given in the left pane under "Partner Determination Procedures":

Procedure User

Partner Functions in Procedure

User Interface Settings

Double click on the desired option and make the modifications accordingly.
