Hi, I am configuing the incident management in solman 7.1 and running into some probelms. Can someone help me with it?
First I seems not able to see all the functionality tabs such as "time recording" in the business client. I have the business role"solmanpro" included in SU01\parameter. What else should I need in order to see the full function of the incident management interface.
second question: If I have the support team determination rule set up correctly, should the "service team" field populated automatically beased on the ibased it selected?
