Security Settings for SAP 720

Hello all. I hope I am in the right area. I just create a "package" to deploy via BigFix of SAPGui 7.20. The package deploys just fine, except I would like to have the Security Settings read: Status: "Customized" and Default Action "Allow". If I run the package without going thru BigFix, it installs just fine. If it goes through BIgFix, it will read "Customized", and then "ASK". All we need it to do is read "Allow". Our network security guy can make this happen through BigFix, but I need to tell him where this setting is....an ".ini" file or ?. Is this something I can change in the Installation Server using "NwUpdateInstServer.exe"? I cannot seem to locate a menu that will do this for me.
