BADI's not triggered in standard offline appraisal (OSA)

Dear Experts,

I am facing problems with Offline appraisal. While downloading the appraisal document the BADI's are not getting triggered because of which the adobe document is downloaded incorrectly ( Note: the BADI's are working fine during the normal appraisal process ).

For example : We're using the BADI HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS to hide certain rows based on the sub status. However, when we download the appraisal document either from Portal or R/3 this BADI is not triggered and the downloaded appraisal document contains additional rows which were hidden using the BADI.

The same problem is with the upload as well. However, ONLY for upload the validation BADI's (Business check BADI-HRHAP00_DOC_BC ) are triggered from R/3 but not from Portal.

Any ideas to overcome this issue?
