SDK Programming

I am SAP Business one customer (not a partner)

I wanted to learn SDK programming for our implimentation as partner is not very helpful.

Can any one please guide me on following

1. Do i have required license for my own customisation? if yes how do i enable license and SDK on my installation/

2. how do i learn SDK programming?
