Hi.

Do you check if your receiver service has the correct interface?

Never post a thread with content in uppercase. This is not a polite way of asking question.

hi,

in addition to the previous suggested controls, do these ones:

if in ESR, in your Service Interface you changed the default operation name (by default it equals to yiour service interface name), then in Receiver Determination (of PI config) do not forget to select the radio-button "Operation Specific" instead of default value "non operation-specific".

if you use IDoc, when you select your Operation Mapping, choose category "Any" (so inbound / outbound).

Kesava,

First, you need to check you have selected the right sender and receiver messages.

Secondly, try find the operation mapping based on the Namespace search!

hi,

you need to check below steps:

1. you need to check Operation mapping is activated/not in ESR.

if activated

once you need to check cache status or need to re activate operation mapping.

thanks,
