Nakisa OrgChart SP2 serial file

Hello Nakisa experts,

This is our first time that we implement Nakisa OrgChart (SP2). We already deployed the application and we are trying to upload the serial file, but we are unable to upload it. Also, we already Enabled relative URLs in the AS Java Config Tool.

We don't know where the file is (we try usr/sap/[system_name]/J00/j2ee/cluster/apps/Nakisa/[EAR]/servlet_jsp/[WAR]/root/XML) but there is only 3 XML file and no one are "Serial".

Could some one help us? How can we identify the file? and Where?
