HU locked by the system

Hi Gurus,

We have a problem with a handling unit locked. When we try to confirm the transport order associated or start the post goods issue of its delivery, we always get the message:

HUGENERAL 053 "Handling Unit can't be changed".

We looked at HU03 and in the "status" tab we can see the following information for the System Status:

LOCK Locked

PHEX Phisically Exists

WHSE In Warehouse

We tried to unlocked this HU with no success... hopefully you can light our way.

How to HU locked without creating any transfer order. I will try to Humo HU locked. But the system displayed to me HU locked. But I will try to create a Transfer order system that allows the create TO. But is wrong.

Hi Abel,

For Unlocking the HU, you can possibly try Tcode HUMO. Enter the HU number and click on the Change Icon. Select Edit from the menu at the top and choose (Un)lock (CtrlShiftF8).

Thanks for the answer, but I already tried this. It's not possible to (un)lock from the HUMO transaction for the same problem. The HU is bloqued by the system and when we try it, we get this message saying that the HU can't be changed....

Hi Abel,

If Unlocking did not work, you will need to look at the Change documents which caused the HU to get locked status. With the HUMO transaction, Goto -> Change Docs and analyze the transaction which has caused this lock and then let me know.

I found that if you go into pack, then general overview and select Delete Assignment (ctrl-shift-f4) and select ResetDlvAssg you can get rid of the troublesome HU and create a new one and continue the process.
