Fund Center and Commitment item not picked up while FB60

I have maintained the FMDERIVE for said Cost element > cost center > fund center > Commitment, but while FI booking by FB60 the system is not populating the fund enter and commitment item. Further, I have manually inserted the fund center and commitment item, but still system has not utilized the said budget.
