Hi,
I have installed Solman 7.1.
How to delete or archieve data in SAP Support Messages using Solman 7.1?
Hi,
check out this [operations guide of Solman 7.1|https://websmp103.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&_SHORTKEY=01100035870000735220&_OBJECT=011000358700000497822011E]
chapter 6, page number 39.
Thanks,
Jansi

Hi Chinmay,
I found program CRM_ORDER_DELETE. I ran it in my test SolMan on some SMIN incidents and it seems to work. I don't know what's it's deleting in the background. My tickets were created by the auto-incident thing creating thousands of incidents which I don't want; they don't have any other processing so not used for Service Message or sent to SAP or linked to Problem or anything, I just want them gone. I'm still afraid to do it in my production SolMan though cause I'm a big chicken.
