Sales Order to Production Order

Dear expert,

I want to create a production order by "CO08" but when I run this tcode i get a message like" Sales order has no CO Object message no. Co323".

Please suggest me as as possible.

Hello

The sales order is created with wrong requirement type. For sales order costing the sales order acts as a cost object. This is determined through the requirement type which should be consumption based. Check in the procurement tab of the sales order.

Your requirement class settings must allow sales order as a cost object

1. Go to sale order, procurement tab

2. Check whats the req type

3. Go to OVZH and check whats the req class assigned to this req type

4. Go to OVZG and check whats the acount assignment cateory in req class

5. The account assignment catg shud have consumption posting field as E

I have checked req type is "KE", req Class is "040" assigned to this req type & Account assignment category is "E" IN req class. Strategy group is "20". I can not create production order by "co08" & same message is coming. What is the wrong & what should be do for this reason.
