Element ZBAPI_HRP of container metadata ZBAPI_HRP unknown

Hi ,

I have created custom BAPI to fetch employee personal data of some required fields . I placed all required fields by creating

Z bapi structure(ZBAPI_HRP). But when using CUSTOM BAPI by extrernal appliction(.net) , throwing error message

as 'Element ZBAPI_HRP of container metadata ZBAPI_HRP unknown'.

Provide solution if any body knows on it.
