Eligibility amount not calculating in HRA

Hi Expert,

for IT581 if i maintain the rent amount (01.04.2011) and go for a overview its showing eligibility amount HRA/CLA is zero for emp no xxx on 01.04.2011

why edibility amount is not calculating , what r the criteria should i look for
