Hiding Crystal viewer group tree in URL reporting

Is there a URL parameter or other recommended way to launch the crystal viewer (via opendocument or viewrpt) with the 'Group Tree' initially hidden? I have seen options to hide the toolbar and drill down tabs, but the left hand panel always seems to be shown by default.
