Print Smartform field values in Gujarati Language

Hi All,

I have a requirement to print smartform in Gujarati Language (one of the local Indian language).

I want to print Name and Address field values in Gujarati Language.

Your suggestions will be appreciated.

Dear,

there are some restrictions for that:

1. Your form must have the correct language for this (I thin Indian can be used)

2. You must check the right font family for this language (search in OSS for that)

3. Due to your print technology (frontend, backend or pdf) you must install the fonts on your printer(for backend), your local PC(for front end) or the application server (for pdf).

4. Maybe you must user transaction I18N for cascading fonts to set the subfont for the right unicode area.

5. You must use the right printer output device for print technique, unicode area and maybe cascading fonts.

Hello friend,

These are the steps for installing the form using SE73.

Just download the Gujarati font from net and then assign it then use it in your form.

Hi,

Goto SE73 in that you can upload new fonts ask basis people to upload Gujarathi font in SE73 after that you can use same font in your Smartform.
