Invoices Idoc's without WE20 patner profile.

Dear All,

Need your advise on the following requirement, now in Italy new process has come, like System Tesi will take care of sending invoice output to customers, now business do not want to print invoices to all Italy customers, send data from SAP EDI to Tesi, as there are more than ten thousand customer, we can not create patner profiles in WE20, is it possible to create one profile as TESI and can triiger EDI output RD00 on TESI profile? or any other suggestions welcome.
