Not able to activate table in CRM system

Hello All

While doing an initial download we are facing an issue, we are not able to activate four tables and are getting the following error

The object for class /sapcnd/cl_cus_cond_table for application CRM usage LI and table CUS509 could not be created.

Any way we can check this error
