custom filters can be applied to the select domains "to define user groups", i.e. in a domain you can have a lot of user group and if you want to limit to one or some specific user group you can add a filter (my opinion, that it's not very helpful).
You must before select a domain and after click on custom filter and choose one or more of the folders, f.e.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
