Dear All,
How can I do a Mass Retirement of assets? What are the steps to be followed. Kindly mention step wise.

You can use the T Code ABAVN, by selecting the option of Multiple assets, but in this you have to enter the assets multiple times
i think this will help u doing any other changes

You can do a LSMW. Its quite simpler. You just have to record one retirement transaction and the template will get created which can be re used for next mass transactions.
You can record the LSMW yourself or ask assistance from your abab person

1) Worklist (AR31)
2) create your own mass retirement tool which is using the retirement BAPI BAPI_ASSET_RETIREMENT_POST.
