Need to find the parent table for "User Status" & its related field...

I have created a status profile for a sales quotation status monitoring, now this status (approved or rejected) is suppose to be accessed/changed from a Mob apps, for the same purpose I need to find out which table need to be accessed. Kindly help me out.
