Forecast and PIR management

Dear Gurus,

I am facing an issue with forecast and PIRs : once my forecasts are copied as PIR (using Tcode MD70) both forecast and PIRs are considered as a requirement whereas I am excpecting that PIRs created by copy of my forecasts consume my forecasts entries.

Here is what I see in my stock requirement list (Tcode MD04) after executing forecast of a material (Tcode MP30)

20.12.2011 - ForReq - M 12/2011 - 10

02.01.2012 - ForReq - M 01/2012 - 10

01.03.2012 - ForReq - M 02/2012 - 10

Here is what I see in my stock requirement list (Tcode MD04) after copying forecasts for the first month (Tcode MD70)

01.12.2011 - IndReq - VSF* - 10

20.12.2011 - ForReq - M 12/2011 - 10

*Strategy 40 is used in my material master

How should I customize my environement so that Forecast are not considered as a requirement after corresponding PIRs are created.
