Component Print Preview / Print in Subcontracting PO

Hi,

In my Subcontracting PO, in Master data tab of Line item, we maintain the Components...

When we click on Components icon, Components overview window should appear... We want to print / Print Preview these components also same as PO...

When we click on Print in this window...error message is showing -

No entry for AAAA, 01, MDCL in the list profiles

Message no. 61284

Please guide..

I think you can directly jump from the error message to your customizing by clicking the hyperlink.

If I am not mistaken, then the transaction to do that is CLVL

There is no hyperlink in error message...but after click on customizing icon, we go into spro and tcode is showing OPP5...

try the last button "layout/print profiles"

select the layout that is in your message then doubleclick the folder layout and print parameters and add your plant with application 01

Is there any Form (Smart Form / Script), in which format we can print / print preview this component list...

but you can devlop it by using table RESB .

Hi,

As you are creating subcontract PO with item category L, better go for to use New Document type (ZSNB) for Subcontract PO and also create new message type (ZNEU) for Subcontract PO print. Now with help of ABAPer go for creation of new subcontract PO print format (give your requirement,1st you design in excel) by designing a new SMARTFORM .Now assign new SMARTFORM to new message type (ZNEU) in NACE t.code and then maintain condition record in MN04 t.code for new message type (ZNEU) with New Document type (ZSNB) for Subcontract PO.

Go for creation of Subcontract PO and have your print out.
