sqvi query not visible to my user id

Hi Team,

There is a sap query of sqvi which is not visible to me in SQVI tcode as its not created by me.

I need to make some modifications on the same.

Now as its not visible to me i am not able to do the same.

Kindly suggest how can i proceed ahead for the same.
