The printer configuration itself is done using SPAD.

I login the sap system using "basis" user using spad how i check the another user printer setting.

If you use local printing you can't check the settings because the local settings of the PC of the user are used.

The default printer of a user can be seen in transaction SU01

Hello,

use transaction SU01 or SU01D to check the spool settings of the user. For further analysis of the printer defined there, use transaction SPAD, which is for printer configuration. To see what document are actually printed use transaction SP01.
