Profit Center restriction from a user.

Hi All,

We have 3 locations say x ,y,z . All the locations related to 1 common segment . All 3 locations have different profit centers say 1001,1002,1003 . Now my query is when user x see report FAGLB03 of a GL it is showing cumulative balance of all profit centers . However it should show only of profit center 1001 for user X . For this we have made changes in profit center authorization like K_PCA and assign only 1001 for x . But still it showing the old result. Could you please guide where I should make restriction so it will show only 1001 profit center data for user X and not others . Please guide.

Hi Expert,

In T-Code: FAGLB03, To display the GL GL Account Balance's according to the Profit Center, We need to Select the Free Selects (Ctrl + F1), There we need to select the Controlling Area and Profit Center, which is required to display the balances accordingly.

and Press Save, later execute, which will work correctly....

Thanks for your reply . But this will not solve my problem . When next time I want to view report then I have to follow the process again . How I can restrict it from profit center restriction point of view? Please guide..

You can save it as Variant.

We have solved by K_PCA where there is multi roles assigned . Thanks everyone for their comment.
