SAP BusinessObjects Best Practice

Hi experts,

Really appreciate if any of the expert out there could kindly share some information on the following:

i. Are there any best practice for configuring servers in CMC? For example,

- how many concurrent job should be configured for a job server

- how many similar job server (for example, webI job server) should/can be created to handle the workload

- any formula to calculate or fine tune the server's performance? for example, like 5 reports (x) per job servers running concurrently (y)

ii. Are there any best practice for configuring publication or scheduling requirement?

- how many publication for a publication job servers?

- how many reports per publication?

Please help.
