Sensitive information displayed in MSS when processing forms

Hello Gurus -

I have been testing workflow related to forms triggered by Managers in MSS. An issue I have come across is that in the Process Overview screen (from either Team or Organization) it is possible to click on a link to display the "Current Processor." Drilling down through this link takes you to a pop up window including information about the actual person processing the form. This information includes, date of birth including year, marital status and home address. The people processing the form in most cases would be above the initiator in the Org Structure. Is there a way to turn of this functionality without an enhancement? I am told this is standard delivered SAP and it is not configurable.
