Dear Expert,

When i check the missing parts of component in mdpv then i have a stock of A component in my plant then also in MDPV report it is showing as missing, why it so please suggest me.

I have followed the following step

MDPV

then selected profile 000001, then i execute it

then i select the row when to availability check and then i click missing parts, then in that i found A component as missing

Phalgun,

Having stock on hand is no guarantee of passing an availability check.

Use transaction CO09. Enter the material, plant, and the checking rule you are using for your production order ATPs. The subsequent screen 'Cum ATP qty' column will tell you if any of your stock is 'available'. Confirmed column tells you which items have already had ATP checked. These confirmed items will generally reduce the amount of stock that is available for your new order.
