Dear Experts,
I have a situation here that is quite baffling. I go into user authorizations, set full authorizations on the sales module for a user. Then click update, the system does not update automatically and I have to click the update button twice. Once I close the authorizations window and open it again the authorizations previously set have gone back to what they were before. This is happening for all users.
Does anyone know what could be causing this ?
Hi,
Some other users post the same issue before. What is your B1 version and PL? Have you checked the other threads not long times ago?
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Martin
In this Note details are as under
Symptom
You open the General Authorization Window (Administration -> System Initialization -> Authorizations). You update some authorization for a specific user and press the Update button.
There is no response, the update does not take place but no error appears.
If you try to press the Update again, a success message appears but the update is not saved.
This issye might occur if in the User Authorization table (USR3) there are authorizations that do not appear in the Additional Authorizations table (OUPT).

Hi MARTIN,
1. If Add-on are runing in your system then First Stop Add-on One by one and check it in which Add-on you have problem.
2. If SP are runing in your system then Stop SP one by one and check it in which SP you have problem.
After it restart all SQL Services in Service.msc and try again.
After it no solution get then upgrade your PL OR Version and try again.
