Failed to retrieve new chart - Request Timeout

Hi, forum.

I have installed Sap BusinessObjects Explorer version 3.2 (12.0.0). But, when i index a Information Space and try to see it, a error message occurs when all the facets are retrieved.

"Failed to retrieve a new chart from server - Request Time out"

I changed the time in order to retrieve it, but, it didn't work.

I also, tried to check if there is any problem with the universe or information space, but there isn't.

Can anyone have any idea of what's happening?

Hi all,

we have solved the issue in our case - by restarting all services, including Explorer services via CCM. After that, the issue disappeared. Running on SP2 Patch11.
