Desktop Is not Applying....in Portal 7.02

Dear Gurus,

I done below steps for New portal Desktop & apply the same but still my user is getting default Desktop. I am using Portal 7.02 version (EHP2). pls let me know the solution on priority.

I also try with clear the browser Cookies.

Portal Look and Feel:

Flow: Themes-- DFP(Default Framework Page) PD(Portal Desktop) --Users & Group.

1.Themes:

Go to System Administrator -Portal Display themes Editor --Choose one Themesu2014By using that Theme We can create our Own Theme.

2.Default F/W Page (DFP):

Go to Content Administrator -Portal Content -Portal User-- Standard Portal user -Double Click on Default F/W(Here we Can do Any Work Carefully. this is Very Imp. So Copy Default F/W to Past to another Folder. Here we can do R&D.

3. Portal Desktop Object:

Go to System Administrator -Portal Display -Desktops & Display Rules -Portal Content -Our Folder -RC -NEW---Click on Portal Desktop

Now add DFW and Theme to the Portal Desktop. Take Portal Desktop ID By using that ID we can assign that Portal Desktop to the Endures.

4.Users & groups:

Go to System Administrator -


Portal Display -Desktop & Display Rules Portal Administrator --Super Administrator -


Double Click on Mater Rules Collection

Click on Add IF Expression

User=UserA

THEN Portal Destop=Portal DeskTop ID.
