Hi expert,

Am new to payroll process.. i would like to know the role of Pay result.

how do i find whether amount is calculated or not

what r the criteria to be checked

there r some technical wagetype and customized wagetype do i have to check both the WT

what does negative sign indicated for some wage type

Please give me the details

Here are the answers as required

a)role of Pay result - Payroll results helps to check if the payroll is run in live or not, it gives you information on the 'Inperiod' & 'For period'payroll was run,payroll area, date and time of payroll run ,and further drilldown of the payroll results will provide you details of the RT/CRT/Payroll schema ect used for calculating the payroll results.

b) how do i find whether amount is calculated or not-The RT/CRT of the sequence of the payroll result provides you with information on the wagtypes that have been processed during the payroll run.

c)what r the criteria to be checked- Transaction PC_PAYRESULT ,you need to give the personnel number and press enter,this will provide ou payroll results of the employee for all periods for which payroll was executed in live.

d)there r some technical wagetype and customized wagetype do i have to check both the WT - Yes all '/' wagetypes are generated during the payroll processing,other wagetypes such as numeric and alphanumeric are custom wagetypes .

You need to check the customwagetypes which are entered for payroll processing,in master data ,such as IT008,IT0014,IT0015 ETC. The '/' or technical wagtypes are those generated by the system after payroll processing based on the processing class and cmmulation class settings as maintained for custom wagetypes ,and rules etc

e)what does negative sign indicated for some wage type - for a payment wagetypes ,negative sign indicated deduction and for a deduction wagetype negative sign indicated payment.

for a particular employee , there r some wagetype amount is missing in RT table where in salary slip it is displaying ,

Hello

The salary slip will display only those wagetypes which have been customised in your PE51 payslip form,and the value of the wagetypes will be read from your RT payroll results.

Therefore you need to check your customising of your payslip to check the missing wagetypes.

Given the above,it will not be possible to have the wagetype displayed in payslip and not appearding in RT,as the payslip will display only those wagetypes which have been customised and values read from the RT table.

Hi,

through t. code "Pc_Payresult" you can view the payroll results if alraedy completed live run.

give employee number and enter. then sysytem provide you period wise results. You can select any period and double click on that period. Now you will get Cluster tables selcted on RT you can view actual results.

Or

You can view with Wage type Report also with "PC00_M99_CLGA00"

that i know in this report what r the wagetype to be checked its showing technical wage type too

hi

you can specify the wage types you have configured in the payslip , all the earning , deductions , cash payments and bank transfer . Also you can have a different variant created for retro wage types if any.

Hi,

Did you tested the report ???.

It will provide technical wage types also.. If dont need you can drag coustom wage types only save with variant and run the report.

You can chnage your own selction screen the report with variant
