BI cost center reports

Hello,

Users can access BI through the SAP portal.

Is there a way we can push BI cost center reports to specific individuals based on cost center owner?

If yes then please let me know the procedure. If no then let me know how to deal with this.

Need your expert advice.

can we broadcast to cost center owner, which is stored in the cost center master data, instead of having to create another info object for const center and email id?

If possible please provide me some document for same scenario.
