Workflow configuration with MS office outlook


Hi Experts,

We are trying a develop a POC scenario for PO approval using workflow and outlook.

So once the po is created the mail has to triiger to manager outlook mail with po detials and amount.

So once he approve or reject from the mail the workflow should triggert to complete the process.

1) How to configure workflow to outlook.

2) how to attach form to outlook email

All that we want is instead of using sap inbox we need to send email to ms outlook where he can open attached form and click on buttons so that the po can create or reject.

Is it possible?

If so can anyone please help me the steps with example how to achieve this
