hi ,coming to sap bi implementation of a project,for a team or members ,which activity will be assigned to consultant for example,and will he involve in creating all data sources and info-cubes etc,or his activity limited to particular task

It depends on project to project . we can't estimate the work. It depends on the work and the size of the team members.

Hi,

In BI Implementation projects senior consultant will collect the requiremetns and map it to BW contents and prepare the GAP analysis documents. Based on that the BW team members will start activation of std. content or development of new objects. This all will documented as BPP, FS, TS.
