ESS service links in Benefits and Payments

Hi All,

Please let me know if the below is possible on the ESS.

1) There is a link which needs to be shown for few Users. For the remaining Users, the link should be disabled. (Greyed out)2) The link should be visible to few Users and for the remaining, the link should not be visible at all.

We did the same in benefits and payments for Pay statement.if you have the same requirement use proxy classes for this and the detailed thread in ESS Forum :

can you tell me, it's a standard iview or customized iview. By using merge id, you can achieve.

Hi santosh,

First disable that link to all users.

you can go through merge id.

1) create new worksets with same name(whatever the existed workset name) and assign the required iviews to workset.

2) Go to the Merge Id property and specify the same id for both worksets.

3) create new role with any name and assign the new workset(whatever u have created in step 1) to role

4) assign this role to users(who want access this link).

once try this method...
