how to extract the data in ODS to infoset in production support

Hi,

I am new for this SAPBW ...any one help me on this topic..

1) already we have the ODS data in bw database ,now we want to extract data in infoset ,what is the steps for it?if any changes in support time ?how ?

2)how we maintain data infoset in PRODUCTION SUPPORT..please give me the tips for it...
