Hi,

How do we import job templates into IC?

Because, Im following the tutorial Working with Microsoft Active Directory, but the Job template mentioned in the guide page 24 "Move down to the directory Identity Center/Jobs/Active Directory and choose the "Create Active Directory user" template as shown above." does not exists.

Do we have to import something?

Regards

Huseyin,

From one of the job folders click on New and then seleect "Run job wizard"

That should get you moving in the right direction.

Hi,

It is 7.2 SP3

When developing 7.2, we did a walk-through of all the templates, and old templates which were no longer relevant were removed.

Unfortunately the documentation on this was not updated.

Were you looking for a specific template?

Hi,

Thanx for your feedback. Actually, I ddin't get feedback from OSS as fast as here.

I did solved it by using the existing template "Create Active Directory mail-enabled contact"

Hi Huseyin,

I am facing the same problem, did you se teh template "Create Active Directory mail-enabled contact" to create a user on Active Directory?

Could you please share more details about this issue?

Thank you.

Best Regards.

Hi Miguel,

As John confirmed in his earlier post, old templates that are not relevant are removed.

If you are looking for a template to create a user on active directory, you can use the createADSUser pass of the standard provisioning framework which will serve your purpose.

You can find this pass as shown below.

All the best !!

Hi Krishna!

Thank you very much for your attention.

I will use that you suggested.
