how to consider properties belongs to Vendors

Hi

My client has some lease in ( outside propertis) for one year contracts and less than one year contract.(Vendor contracts)

Could you suggest how can i consider ( RO or building in RE-FX) ? Can i Create these as Master data like building or Rental objects, then creation on Lease in contracts.
