F-44 Standard Tab Table control settings

Dear FI Experts ,

The FI User is not able to change the screen Layout of F-44 Standard Tab Table control settings .

Example let me say he always want to see the Payment Block field in the table control .

I tried with my user ID and able to change the layout ,but with his user not able to change the layout .

Could you please let me know the Authorization object to sssign so that he also can be able to change the Layout .

Administrator Button is not seen with his user Login .
