SAP Certification ---- Help Files

Dear All

I am preparing for the SAP HCM Certification somewhere in the month of Feb 2012. I wanted to ask if reading the help topics delivered by SAP for each module would help me have a better edge while appearing for the examination? Could anyone guide me different approaches I should be taking into consideration while preparing for the same.

Your valuable comments on this are much appreciated!

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

It would be very helpful if you could get the training material from SAP , (THR10-12) you have sufficient time to go through the exercises (on an IDES system, there many available online, or in your organization perhaps) . Moreover, focus on Payroll and Time Management as they are the sub-module which carry most weight. Pay close attention to understanding the different concepts and how they could be applied, such as payroll areas or enterprise structuring. Try to memorize all the features and how to use them.

Thank You for your valuable suggestion.

Could you also kindly suggest if going through the books/course material delivered by SAP ...especially THR10 and THR12 and thereafter the exercises maintained at the end of each chapter would help me get a better edge as I suppose most of the questions are based on these and are related to Time Management and Payroll.

Also, could anyone let me know what is the passing percentage for C_THR12_64 --- SAP Certified Applictaion Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4

Regards
