Keep script Logo away

Hello Friends,

In a script, i have created a Window whose Name is "Logo Window"

In Logo Window I want to put a logo which should not touch the frame line or say outside line of the Logo Window.

Please refer the coding in the script.

Please let me how can I code the script which should place Logo away from the Frame line or say outline of the Logo Window.
