ER contribution - Deducting from Employee Sal.

Hi All,

I am maintaining ER contribution thru 14IT.

i want to restrict that ER Wagetype should not deduct from employee salary.

Since i don;t know PCR.

Thru configuration how can i handle this.

Note: I have made the following changes in configuration:

1. Cumulation class 01, 10 also unchecked.

2. Maintained through Wage type characteristics (checked the Deduction)

But not sure if i uncheck both Add to total & Deduction.
